Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lay the florets on a baking sheet lined in parchment paper.
Place in oven for 20-30 minutes or until soft and a little golden brown. Let cool.
Place the cauliflower in a food processor with the garlic, tahini, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. Process. Add ¼ cup vegetable broth and process until smooth. Add more vegetable broth if it is too thick.
