Add your nuts to a food processor or blender. Add 6 cups of filtered or spring water and a pinch of salt. Blend on high until the nuts are completely broken down.
Pour your milk through a nut milk bag and squeeze as much of the moisture out as possible. If you like a sweeter milk, add a few more dates or maple syrup.
