Place the rinsed chickpeas in a bowl. Toss with the olive oil.
In a small bowl combine the cumin, chili powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle on the chickpeas.
Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined in parchment paper.
Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes stirring once.
Sprinkle the seasoning evenly on top of the chickpeas and roast for another 10-15 minutes or until the chickpeas are crispy. You can also season them after roasting.
