Oil-Free Hummus Salad Dressing

- 3 tablespoons plain hummus
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- ½ clove garlic, chopped (optional)
- salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste
- Whisk together. Taste and season with a little salt and ground black pepper.
