Juicing is extremely popular with the Hollywood crowd, and Wolfgang Puck is kicking off this year’s Oscar party by handing out this fresh, green, organic power smoothie. Personally, I don’t juice and don’t have the proper equipment, but a food processor or blender works fine with some added liquid. I used apple juice. This recipe will make 6 shot-size servings. Steps

Juice all ingredients, stir well and serve right away. If using a food processor, add all the ingredients and process until smooth. Add extra juice for desired consistency.
